Prices, policies, regulations, procedures and fees are subject to change without prior notice.
*Memberships are for a 12 month duration. The membership becomes effective on the date of activation and terminates one year thereafter. The date of activation is either the date of first payment or the date of first appointment whichever comes first. This membership is not transferable. If for any reason this program does not become effective, the deposit is forfeited. Services unused at the end of the 12 month membership expire and cannot be transferred to a new membership or with a membership renewal.

Cancellation & Late Policy

At SanoMed Solutions, we strive to provide our clients with quality medical care in a timely manner. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you are expected to provide a minimum notice of 2 business days (48hrs) prior to cancellation so that we may offer the time slot to another patient and keep wait times to a minimum.

Patients failing to provide notice for the cancellation or modification of an appointment, will be charged a full consultation fee. Patients arriving 15 minutes after their appointment time will be asked to reschedule and be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.

We try to accommodate late‐comers as best as possible, but will not compromise the quality of care provided to our other patients.
